Spit started as a hackathon project that became an addictively awesome game to play with friends while watching a live game. Users “play” the game they are watching by guessing the outcome of a play or other polls and trivia before the timer runs out. If they guessed right they earn points and move up on the leaderboard for the game, and also add to their overall app score. They can also taunt friends with the built in chat client, and they can still answer questions that pop in if they are in a conversation.
